Last week Sony presented a firmware update 2.40 and unfortunately, they were forced yo withdraw it because of some problems. In order to fix these, Sony released PS3 Update 2.41 which is said to repair all the problems. The firmware update 2.41 is available for download now and hopefully, your PS3 will work perfectly.
The previous update, the 2.40 was destined to compete against Xbox 360’s performances by allowing in-game use of the XMB with trophies support.
