
Interactive sculptures are very funny and they are always pleasant to watch therefore the MIT Mobile Experience came up with The Cloud. The sculpture is placed in downtown Florence, Italy and it consists of more than 15,000 individual optical fibers.

The Cloud is made of carbon glass, it measures 13-foot and contains about 65km of fiber optics. Pretty impressive, huh? Well, you will be more impressed when you’ll hear that it senses human movement thanks to hundreds of sensors and it allows people to interact with it by touching it.
