Reddit Expands Independent Ad Agency Program With Horizon Media, PMG, Wpromote
Reddit is taking steps to expand its advertising business. On Thursday the company announced adding three independent agencies to its Independent Agency Program.
Horizon Media, PMG and Wpromote will join as official partners. Reddit also announced renewing its flagship independent agency partnership with Tinuiti, which joined the Program in 2022, according to Reddit Chief Revenue Officer Harold Klaje.
Reddit offers brands and businesses access to more than 100,000 communities on its platform interested in a range of topics. The independent agencies now have access to a range of commercial and strategic benefits that are typically reserved for clients at the holding companies.
Independent agency partners and their clients receive advertiser incentives, enhanced measurement tools, bespoke insights, and early access to new ad product tests. They will also receive support from KarmaLab, Reddit’s in-house creative agency, through dedicated consultants experienced in working with disruptor and challenger brands.
Tinuiti’s clients include e.l.f, PacSun, Unilever Health & Wellbeing Collective, and Yohana. PMG supports companies such as Therabody, SurveyMonkey, Nike, and Best Western Hotels & Resorts. Wpromote supports Peacock, Evo, and REEF.
In March, Reddit added several updates to its Ads Manager to supports its growing global advertising business. The features were specific to self-service clients and international advertisers.
The features added last month to Reddit’s Ad Manager include Simple Campaign Creation, Automated Ad Creation, Multi-Currency Support, Improved Community Search, Reporting Retention, and Bulk Edit Improvements.
