Dunkin’ Donuts has added voice ordering through its On-the-Go Mobile ordering service.

The service is now available through the Google Assistant on iPhones and Android phones, according to an announcement by the company.

DD Perks Rewards members can now use Google’s voice assistant technology to place orders for coffee, beverages, baked goods and breakfast sandwiches and then skip the line for in-store pickup.

The new integration is powered by the AI-powered conversational intelligence platform Conversable. Customers with a DD Perks account and a Google account can link the two, with all ordering and payments occurring on the Dunkin’ Donuts mobile platform.

When an order is placed, Google Maps determines the distance and estimated time to reach the Dunkin’ Donuts location and the order is sent to coordinate with arrival time.

To start, a customer says “Hey Google, talk to Dunkin’ Donuts.”
