Google estimates 25% of websites now use steady connections
Google will work with some of the non-steady top one hundred sites on the web to lend a hand them migrate to HTTPS.
Google announced that about 25 % of the highest 100 non-Google web sites on the net are now on steady connections over HTTPS.
Google’s prime 100 non-Google sites list is in accordance with Alexa data and Google’s inside data set.
Google then published the checklist of the highest one hundred non-Google sites on their site and said, “we are open to working with all web sites listed below to help them move to HTTPS with the aid of the top of 2016.”
Google broke the highest list web site into the next three categories:
(1) top sites operating up to date HTTPS by using default;
(2) high websites working up to date HTTPS; and
(3) different prime web sites.
