Websites with reviews can gain a lot of information on how well the pages perform. On Monday Google announced support for review snippets along with performance reports in the Google Search Console.
The reports aim to can help marketers review snippets, a short excerpt of a review or a rating from a website. The rating will combine an average of the rating scores from many reviewers. Marketers can use the Rich Results Test to review existing URLs or debug markup code before moving it to production.

When Google finds valid reviews or ratings markup, the tech may show a rich result that includes stars and other summary information.
The report allows marketers to see errors, warnings, and valid pages for markup implemented on your site. Thereās also a way to fix issues. Marketers can use the report to validate the triggers, a process where Google re-crawls affected pages.
Seeing review or rating marked-up pages on Google Search and Discover using the new āReview snippetā search appearance filter enables marketers to analyze the performance. It also allows marketers to check impressions, clicks and click-through rate results of their review snippet pages and check their performance to understand how they are trending for any of the dimensions available.
