New Publicis Groupe Employee Learning Program Tied To Marcel
Publicis Groupe is introducing a new educational program to teach and connect the Groupe’s 80,000 global workforce. It will roll out globally this year and be integrated with the AI-driven internal communications network Marcel.
“Our vision is to be a company that works for our employees, not the other way around,” says Emmanuel Andre, chief talent officer, Publicis Groupe. “It’s about allowing people to educate each other, so that we all benefit from the network effects of being 80,000 creative minds, connected, with a shared purpose.”
A video learning series called Sprints will delve into subjects important to clients, all hosted by top Publicis Groupe experts. The first batch focuses on data through a nine-piece, short-form video series, featuring Publicis Spine’s Lisa Donohue, Steve Simpson and Amanda Morrissey.
Later Sprints installments will address digital business transformation, dynamic creativity and e-commerce. The series is available on the web-based version of Marcel and education-on-demand modules will integrate into Marcel later this year.
The program will leverage AI to anticipate what each employee needs to learn based on the context of their positions, clients, and other defining characteristics.
In addition to online training, there are new labs in London and Berlin designed for emerging and senior leaders at the organization.
