This Week’s PS4 news roundup includes information about the Call of Duty 2017 getting a big boost, PS4 VR Star Trek: Bridge Crew Announcement, and the new No Man’s Sky update.

PS4 Weekly News: Call Of Duty 2017, Star Trek: Bridge Crew PS4 VR Confirmed, No Man’s Sky Update

Starting off with the most anticipated Call of Duty series title Call of Duty 2017, a big PS4 boost is set for the game. The possible boost is coming to the game on PS4 specifically.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare DLC 2 Pack

Soon all the PS4 and Call of Duty fans will be able to enjoy Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare DCL Pack 2 on the console. The Zombies map expansion is also included with the DLC 2. The new DLC 2 pack is named as Continuum DLC 2 Map Pack.

Following the lead of all previous DLC bundles, Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare will be offering four new Multiplayer maps. The DLC pack will also include a new Zombies expansion with Co-op and it will be named as Shaolin Shuffle.

The Shaolin Shuffle is set in 1970’s in New York and offers a depiction of the Disco-zombie Fright fest era. It’s set around the idea of modes earlier movie-themed era shifts.

The Continuum DLC Map Pack 2 Release Dates Confirmed

The Continuum DLC 2 Map Pack is set for a release on April 18, 2017. It’ll be available on PlayStation 4 on PlayStation Network for the very first time. All other platforms will soon to be following.

And allow fans to experiment with different rigs and load outs. And then there’s Rust, one of our all-time favorite maps from Modern Warfare 2, re-imagined. Its now called Excess to complete the multiplayer package.”

Shaolin Shuffle features character of Willard Wyler (Paul Reubens from Pee-Wee’s Big Holiday and Gotham), the inexplicable movie director and game’s villain, and new characters such as Shaolin Sister (Pam Grier from Jackie Brown and Foxy Brown), Seth Green (Austin powers, Robot Chicken), Ike Barinholtz (Neighbors and Suicide Squad), Jay Pharoah (Saturday Night Live and Ride Along), and Sasheer Zamata (Saturday Night Live and Inside Amy Schumer).

In Addition, this new chapter also offers four new Kung-Fu fighting styles. All of these new kung-fu fighting styles are unlockable and have a variety of unique combat sets and moves.

Star trek: Bridge Crew PS4 VR Announcement

The Star Trek: bridge Crew is set to launch next month. The new images and videos have been released of the new most anticipated game.

Star Trek: Bridge Crew is specifically designed and developed for VR. It mainly aims to immerse the fans with the Star Trek Universe. All the fans having PS4VR, VIVE, and Oculus-Rift will be journeying across the undiscovered quadrant of the Star Trek Universe. The new uncharted sector of Star Trek universe is named as The Trench. Players will be able to explore this region aboard USS Aegis.

Star Trek: Bridge Crew allows up to four players in Co-Op mode and serve the roles such as Captain, Helm, Tactical, and Engineer.

Ubisoft has recently confirmed that the players will be able to play the original USS Enterprise Bridge in the Ongoing Voyage mode. They will also be able to enjoy randomly generated missions covering unlimited hours of solo and Co-op gameplay.

No Man’s Sky Update

No Man’s Sky has received a lot of updates in the past. And a number of other upcoming updates are currently in works. The new upcoming updates will be following the Update Patch 1.24 on both PS4 and PC.

Hello games haven’t yet confirmed that when the Foundation Updates will end. so, until that happens, fans are expected to see new updates coming in every now and then. The latest Pathfinder update came with a lot of new content for the game. The update introduced Planetary Vehicles, Base Sharing, PS4 Pro Support, Weapons and Ship Specializations, Permadeath modes and a lot of other great things in the game.

Along with the Patch Notes of the recent updates, Hello Games have also confirmed that they are not yet done with the updates. The further addressed the audience and said that all the recent content drops are actually paving the way for game’s future.
