Shark Tank: Sharks Have Fun With Leaux Racing Trikes But Don’t Invest
December 4, 2015
First into the tank is Leaux Racing Trikes seeking $ 120,000 for 20 percent equity.
Coming as no surprise, Robert Herjavec, Mark Cuban and, yes even, Kevin O’Leary try out to see how fun the trikes are–with Herjavec even wiping out.

Starting as a science project, which won first place, it evolved into a high-speed vehicle, complete with rear-handle steering and 360-degree spinning capabilities.
The product was also seen on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” with Liam Hemsworth in an epic race.
Herjavec wants to know who buys them, which are usually parents for their kids as well as mostly men. Barbara Corcoran can’t see the investment and neither can O’Leary so they both go out.
Despite Lori Greiner finding him a good entrepreneur, she does not agree with him wanting to be in person, checking every single bike. She also sees it as more licensing but goes out.
I respect his work ethic and inspecting his own product. #SharkTank

Herjavec says it’s too hard to use for kids and, therefore, should be a niche project. However, he doesn’t know how he would help the business so goes out.
Cuban wants to know what’s next for the business and he sees customizations and add-ons. He doesn’t find that as enough of a vision and goes out.
Final deal: None
