Sigstr has launched a relationship marketing platform to enable firms to monitor employee engagement with leads.

Sigstr Pulse maps the collective networks of all employees in a company, analyzing email, calendar patterns and CRM data, the firm says. The objective is to help companies understand their “complex web of relationships and take action on them,” states Sigstr CEO Bryan Wade.

The launch is tied to the release of The Power Of Authentic Relationships, a study conducted by Sigstr with Heinz Marketing. Of 256 marketers surveyed, only 14% are satisfied with the information they have on account-based marketing (ABM) contacts.

Sigstr Pulse allows users to review accounts and measure the effectiveness of tactics being utilized by sales teams, Sigstr continues. It also facilitates the setting up warm introductions through a global search tool, it adds.

The company is also planning integrations with CRMs, marketing automation platforms and account-based marketing platforms such as Terminus.

Meanwhile, the survey determined that 56% have a tool to identify the network of relationships within a target account, but that only 34% are able to measure the strength of these connections while 48% cannot.

That said, 47% that use such tools are very confident in them, and 37% are somewhat so. They apparently work better than manual measurement — only 9% of those without them are very confident in the latter.

In addition, 87% of respondents from high-performing companies see authentic relationships as critical to their business success. But only 30% are confident in their ability to develop them at scale.
