dash’s CEO Is So Over T-mobile’s “Uncarrier Bullsh-t”

The claws are out.

July 2, 2015

John Legere is at it once more. The brash T-mobile CEO is infamous for his vocal Twitter persona, profanity-laced appearances, and passion for egging on competitors like Verizon, AT&T, and dash. On Wednesday night, Legere stoked the hearth of T-cellular’s contention with sprint, tweeting a critique of dash’s newest advert marketing campaign together with a Re/code article that mirrored his sentiment. sprint CEO Marcelo Claure was not amused, to claim the least:

This isn’t the primary time the two executives have taken to Twitter to have it out. From Danielle Sacks’s recent profile of Legere for fast company:

It didn’t take lengthy for Legere to realize that his potty mouth, willingness to select fights, and complete lack of self-awareness made him an excellent tweeter. He spent months baiting dash CEO Marcelo Claure until Legere’s trashing of sprint’s 2015 super Bowl ad at last led Claure to reply (he known as Legere classless).

dash and T-cell have long fought to take third place in the mobile provider market (Verizon and AT&T lay declare to the highest two spots). sprint even thought to be acquiring T-mobile ultimate 12 months, prior to hiring Claure to helm the company.

while we look forward to Legere’s response to Claure—which is bound to come—feel free to sit again and clutch some popcorn.
