Ok, we get it. Mobile is here to take over the world. This is the year of the mobile, and mobilegeddon is well under way – I am sure we all now know the importance of mobile and are a little tired of hearing about it by now.
But…
Unbelievably there are still some stern stubborn faces who simply won’t catch onto the mobile fever and question its longevity in the business marketing world.
Most brands and businesses all around the world are well under way in their mobile ventures, from mobile websites to QR codes and apps, their mobile ships have well and truly set sail.
At the beginning there was a curiosity and appeal to mobile, a new and exciting unexplored land, with its low cost and high ROI. However it quickly became a popular channel for, not only the big brands but, the small local businesses, with many shifting their current business marketing strategies over to mobile…

Of course every business is different and so is every customer, but with the huge array of different businesses and industry sectors getting joy in their mobile marketing efforts, there really doesn’t seem to be a sector that couldn’t benefit from a mobile marketing strategy.
With 4G internet now becoming more readily available and even the introduction of 5G being spoken about, the smartphone will only become more important. The list of smartphone functions and uses seems to grow by the minute, only leaving us with the question of ‘what else can we turn mobile?’
