Cookies are scrumptious. Rainbows are beautiful. Pots of gold are cool. And penises? positive, why now not!

the nice people who operate TheFussyPup save over on Etsy appear to have (unintentionally?) blended all these parts right into a copper cookie cutter. They introduce the product this fashion:

TheFussyPup, based in Seymour, Ind., appears to focus on inventive cutters: they also supply dump truck, hammer, backyard gnome, and bee hive shapes of their funky line, among many others. it’s not clear if the Pot of Gold design was once made with tongues firmly in cheeks. we’ve emailed TheFussyPup to ask them—and will update this post when we hear back.

replace: We heard again from Kimberly Wolfe, some of the owners of TheFussyPup, who says she didn’t realize that the Pot of Gold cutter resembled the rest when her sister designed it—but then they confirmed it to a couple chums.

“One pointed out its resemblance to the male organ,” Wolfe writes in an electronic mail. “We had a bit of snigger and dismissed the concept.”

the identical cannot be stated of TheFussyPup’s Amazon consumers.

“Works great,” one wrote, “but it finally ends up taking a look like a penis no matter what coloration the cake is … just right luck.”

Wolfe, in the meantime, is taking all of this in stride. “whereas making grownup theme cookie cutters is not our major intention we are satisfied to supply cookie cutters for any celebration and we like to see the creativity of our shoppers!” she emailed fast firm. “Now if most effective anyone would send me an image of the consequences!”
