Yelp Upgraded business owner App Brings cellular-First Account administration

New performance makes profile management more uncomplicated for cell business homeowners.

Yelp has updated and upgraded its Yelp for trade proprietor’s mobile app — for each iOS and Android. the brand new version of the app adds two major capabilities:

  • upload pictures from the app
  • Flag content or opinions that violate Yelp’s terms

the company says in a weblog post encouraging business owners to add pictures to their profiles, “consumers spend 2.5 occasions as much time on industry pages with images vs. these with out.”

Yelp also provides a new approach for business homeowners to get the corporate to check person-content (critiques, pictures) that they imagine is improper or in violation of its pointers:

Flag opinions, messages and photographs: if you consider a evaluate, message or photograph is in violation of our phrases of service or content pointers, which you can now flag them in an instant throughout the cell app for our support workforce to evaluate.

industry homeowners can now take care of their Yelp accounts and spot analytics, reply to evaluations publicly or privately and manage photos fully with the app. These increased capabilities are a response to the busy, cell-enabled way of life of small trade homeowners.
